Employing a helical gear design with a round tooth profile, the delivery displacement chambers overlap, ensuring uniform flow and minimal pulsation. This round tooth profile guarantees zero backlash between the two gears during meshing, ensuring complete drainage of hydraulic oil from any gaps. This prevents any hydraulic oil (i.e., pressurized fluid) from remaining in the displacement chambers, which could otherwise cause sudden unloading shocks during the transition from the pressure zone to the suction zone. At low to medium pressures, the noise generated by the "SILENCE PLUS" external gear pump is almost completely drowned out by the operating noise of the drive motor. Compared to traditional spur gears, helical gears mesh more smoothly, significantly reducing flow pulsation and noise.
