The product is designed for use with an absolute-type depth caliper (caliper to be purchased separately). The TTBO300 Mini offers reliability, accuracy, and ease of use for industrial operators. It can be used in two ways: 1. Using a Reference Tool Length: To use this method, select one tool head to serve as the reference. Place the selected head into the device's sleeve and measure it by bringing the caliper jaw into contact with the head. Set this measurement as the "zero reference" value on the caliper. When measuring other heads, the reading indicates the difference relative to the reference tool. The measured values ??can then be entered into the machine tool's tool menu. 2. Using a Precision Probe: Place the precision probe used on the machine tool into the device's sleeve, calibrate the caliper based on the probe's specified length (from the tool length measurement menu), and then perform tool head measurements using this calibration. As long as the caliper retains its memory, the device will yield results consistent with the machine tool.
