SKP Series Multi Station Elbow Cold Forging Machine

The SKP series is a multi-station cold forging press developed for continuous multi-stage production and automation. Capacity 400–1000 tons, 180–250 mm slide stroke and 30–40 s.p.m. With automatic feeding and sequential station-to-station transfer, a single operator can run several product lines and an unmanned production mode is achievable. Productivity increases by more than three times compared with single-stage forging, while floor space and management effort are reduced. Ideal for fasteners, geared parts, chain links and automotive forged components.
