SFP Series Multi Position Precision Warm Die Forging Machine

The SFP series is designed for warm and hot die forging with a high-rigidity box-type frame. Capacity 400–4000 tons, 175–400 mm slide stroke and 55–100 s.p.m. The double-layer guide path resists eccentric load and allows multi-station forging. An intensive lubrication system reduces friction losses, and the shorter contact time between the forging and the die extends die life. The upper and lower ejector design reduces machining allowance and raw material consumption, with ejector height controlled by stroke and digital control. Suitable for gears, bearing races, flanges and automotive forged parts.
