Rubber Coated Belt

Rubber coated belt, also known as rubber coated timing belt, is a composite belt made by vulcanizing an extra rubber layer on the back surface of base timing belt. It combines the precise synchronous transmission of timing belts and high friction grip of rubber coating. The inner toothed side meshes with timing pulley for accurate positioning, while the outer rubber coated surface contacts products for conveying, feeding, indexing and pushing.
