Product Description
KINIK surface and cylindrical grinding wheels are designed to provide high performance and precision across a wide range of materials. While 46 or 54 grit is predominantly preferred for surface grinding processes, 60 or 54 grit is commonly used in cylindrical grinding operations. Kınık's specially developed 3CXG (cubitron-based) grit quality delivers superior results in demanding tool steels with 62-64 HRC hardness. The 32A special micro-structured grit quality is recommended for surface grinding operations of HSS and similar tool steels with 60-62 HRC hardness. For cylindrical grinding processes, Kınık's special blends, 57A and 93A (60 grit, K hardness) qualities, ensure high performance and efficiency on almost all materials.
