Horizontal machining centers with worktable specifications of 500–1250mm adopt a T-type integral bed, providing the high rigidity required for heavy-duty cutting. The T-type bed can evenly distribute cutting forces and suppress structural deformation under heavy cutting loads. This structure can effectively control temperature rise and vibration, ensuring stable precision during long-term continuous machining of the machine tool. After one-time clamping of the workpiece, without re-tooling and positioning, multiple processes such as drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, milling, as well as rough to finish machining of contours can be completed.
