HGSTAR SMART Tube Series

The HG STAR tube cutting machine, capable of high-speed, high-quality laser cutting of round, square, rectangular, and oval pipes, can be customized to meet all shape requirements. Preventing burrs or slag in the cutting section, the HG STAR SMART Tube laser cutting machine provides high performance in operations such as cutting, chamfering, and engraving complex pipe structures. HG Star Smart Tube series machines, laser power can be selected between 3 kW to 12 kW. Chuck diameters can be selected as 10-120mm, 20-220mm, and 20-350mm. With a maximum movement speed of 80 m/min and a repeatable positioning accuracy of 0.03 mm, the HGSTAR fiber laser pipe cutting machine has high-capacity cutting power on stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet, copper, brass, aluminum, and various alloy pipes and profiles.
