The HGSTAR SMART laser cutting machine software that allows for automatic lens adjustment ten times faster than manual adjustment, enabling automatic drilling and cutting of sheets of varying thicknesses. It also boasts a servo motor, active collision avoidance function, and many other superior features. Furthermore, it is structurally extremely robust. Utilizing a lightweight, high-strength, non-bending aluminum monolithic cast bridge, the HGSTAR SMART laser cutting machine provides high operating speed. Up to 8000mm x 1500mm cutting area, a maximum movement speed of 80m/min, and a repeatable positioning accuracy of 0.03mm, the HGSTAR fiber laser cutting machine has high-capacity cutting power on stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet, copper, brass, aluminum, various alloy sheets, and rare metals. High-speed servo motors effectively reduce the cutting speed of the HGSTAR CNC laser cutting machine while increasing beam speed and overall machine stability. The laser cutting head, featuring a high-pressure resistant lens to protect against particles generated during cutting, ensures high quality standards even in challenging cutting operations.
