HG STAR SMART Tube Pro Series

The HG Star Smart Tube PRO series machines offer selectable laser power between 3 kW and 20 kW. Chuck diameters can be selected from 20-350mm or 500mm. With a maximum movement speed of 60 m/min and a repetitive positioning accuracy of 0.03 mm, the HG STAR fiber laser pipe cutting machine has high-capacity cutting power on stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized sheet, copper, brass, aluminum, and various alloy pipes and profiles. Using 3 or 4 chuck systems, cutting operations on long and large-diameter pipes or profiles are performed with minimum tail. Optionally, it is possible to perform welding bevels with bevel cutting heads. Capable of high-speed, high-quality laser cutting of round, square, rectangular, and oval pipes, the HG STAR pipe cutting machine can be diversified to meet all shape requirements. Preventing burrs or slag in the cutting section, the HG STAR SMART Tube PRO laser cutting machine provides high performance in operations such as cutting, chamfering, and engraving complex pipe structures.
