Filtermist F Save

Filtermist F Save is a smart energy control system designed to ensure oil mist collectors operate only when extraction is required. Sensors connected to the machine tool’s coolant pump detect when the machine is running and automatically switch the Filtermist unit on or off accordingly. By eliminating unnecessary running time, F Save can deliver energy savings of up to 80%, with an average payback period of 3–12 months. Its standalone design requires no access to the machine’s electronics, allowing simple and safe integration. F Save can be retrofitted to any Filtermist S Series or FX Series unit, automatically synchronising oil mist extraction with the machining process while helping reduce operating costs and energy consumption.
