Escomatic D6 Ultra

The Escomatic D6 Ultra is ESCO's most advanced automatic turning machine, created to revolutionize production. Designed for material diameters from 0.3 to 4 mm, its rotating toolhead at 12,000 rpm features 3 independently controlled cutting tools. The DUF front machining system includes 3 axial spindles for drilling and tapping, while the DUAL back-machining system — 3 axial + 1 lateral spindle at 18,000 rpm — enables simultaneous front and back operations after cut-off. The counter-spindle with C-axis and DUF unit are each mounted on dedicated CNC tables moving at 40 m/min. Driven by the Pegasus/Beckhoff CNC control, the D6 Ultra delivers the maximum number of operations in a single machine, with true 24/7 coil-fed production.
