ER COLLET CHUCKS(DIN6499B)

ER collets comply with DIN6499 standard, crafted from 65Mn spring steel with stable HRC44–48 hardness. Full series ER8–ER50 with four precision grades, radial runout down to ?0.008mm. Compatible with BT, HSK, ISO tool holders and all CNC machines. They firmly grip cylindrical-shank cutters, featuring high concentricity and strong clamping force. Simple to assemble and disassemble, widely used in mold, aerospace, 3C and medical precision machining.
