GENERAL PRESENTATION The DT AS20-6 AC multi-spindle lathe represents the perfect synthesis of robust traditional mechanics and cutting-edge digital technology. Completely rebuilt and re-engineered (totally overhauled) at our facilities in Varallo (VC), Italy, this 6-spindle automatic lathe is offered with a level of performance, safety, and reliability equivalent to a brand-new machine, ready to guarantee maximum productivity in high-precision bar turning operations. The machine is equipped with a brand-new electrical cabinet, Siemens S7-1500 PLC, Siemens brushless motors and drives for independent control of spindle speed and camshaft feeds, and a modern touchscreen control panel mounted on a swinging arm for immediate human-machine interaction. - Zero-Hour Regenerated Mechanics and Systems: complete mechanical overhaul and a total reconstruction of the lubrication system, including the replacement of oil distributors, tubes, pumps, and filters. - Safety and Design: brand-new external guarding/enclosures, safety doors, and full compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC with CE marking. - Industry 4.0 Ready (Optional): the machine can be fully configured with factory IT system integration, remote assistance modules, continuous process monitoring (cycle/working hours recording), and process drift control to meet digital manufacturing requirements.
