As long as the lines are operational, there will be a decrease in the cooling fluid in the system's main clean tank/pool. This decrease is due to evaporation, transfer with chips, transfer with the processed part, etc. Naturally, the depleted oil must be replenished in the central system's main tank. The system in your project will draw water from the mains, mix it with oil at the desired ratio you specify, and fill the main clean tank to the desired level. Main tank levels will be automatically controlled, and the dosing system's operation is also automated. Only the concentration ratio will be entered manually by you.
