Carbide rod

The cemented carbide rods produced by JIMS can be used to manufacture various types of drills, end mills, reamers, engraving tools, etc. Through long-term technological accumulation and equipment optimization in recent years, the company now has an annual production capacity of 800 tons for solid carbide rods, single/double straight-hole rods, and spiral-hole rods. We can provide both unground and ground rods in standard diameters ranging from 3mm to 55mm, and also accept custom specifications according to customer requirements.
