The Sezgin Family's commercial journey began in 1956 with the establishment of "Sezgin Ticaret" by the late Muharrem Sezgin in Trabzon, starting with the sale of hardware and hand tools. In 1982, with the vision of the late Mehmet Ziya Sezgin, a strong step into the machinery sector was taken by founding "Sezginler Makina A.Ş." in Bursa. Initially growing in the domestic market, our company expanded globally by making its first export to Yugoslavia in 1984 and its first import from Italy in 1986. Focusing on machine tools since 2001, our firm laid the foundations of Foreman, the sector's most well-established brand. Our growth momentum continued with our lifting equipment brand Paftar in 2005, and Tazana, our own CNC machine tool brand, in 2016. Relocating to its massive 5,000-square-meter center in the Nilüfer Trade Center in 2013, our company opened Turkey's largest machinery showroom.
