APF Series High Speed Press with Four Guide Pillars

The APF series has a high-strength one-piece cast gantry frame that prevents frame opening under load and delivers accuracy exceeding JIS Class 1. Capacity 300–3000 kN at 100–1000 strokes per minute. Two-axis centre guiding together with four full-length guide pillars maintains excellent stamping accuracy even under eccentric load and extends die life. Forced lubrication with an oil cooler minimises thermal deformation, and the dynamic balancing device reduces vibration for the best accuracy and stability.
