Form Makina, which began operations in 1992 with a team of five, has continued to grow steadily and currently has a sales and service staff of approximately 120 people. With our experienced team, we provide suport through our centers in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, and Konya. Form Makina’s Ankara branch began operations in 1996, while the Izmir branch opened in 1998. The Bursa branch opened in 2006. Since its founding, our company has served as the Turkish representative for Yamazaki Mazak, a Japanese manufacturer of CNC machine tools. Mazak manufactures CNC lathes, CNC vertical machining centers, CNC horizontal machining centers, CNC turning centers, CNC 5-axis machining center, and CNC laser cutting machines, offering a total of 270 different types of CNC machine tools. Since 2001, Form Makina has further expanded its service portfolio by also serving as the representative for the German United Grinding Group, which encompasses manufacturers of all types of grinding machines.
